Our client is a European-based, multi-brand, multinational company, with a consistent record of sales and earnings growth. The company had just passed a major anniversary, prompting its CEO and management team to embark on a project to identify a corporate Ideal for the company’s future.
Forming a core team of people from our client and the Jim Stengel Company, we embarked upon a structured process that involved in-depth, metaphor-based interviews at four major sites, followed by data processing and analysis. Our final recommendation included core beliefs, values, paradoxes, behaviors, and the Ideal.
The CEO and his leadership team quickly embraced the Ideal, beliefs, values, and paradoxes. The process of embedding it into business practices is now underway.
